Sunlighten Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna

Community was our number our priority when it came to choosing our sauna. And when our research led us to Sunlighten Saunas, we were delighted to discover the only sauna in the world purpose-designed with the commercial environment in mind.

We knew instinctively that being able to install such a high quality sauna at our Berry Wellness Centre it would become a popular option to frequent in groups of three to five people at the same time, making it possible for more people to leverage the cost of having a full spectrum experience.

Our shopping list was simple, we wanted it to have everything possible wrapped into one piece of equipment to maximize the frequency healing experience. That included all of these:- Red Light Therapy; Near Infrared Therapy; Mid Infrared Therapy; Far Infrared Therapy; Chromotherapy (colour therapy); Solfeggio Frequencies (via the inbuilt tablet & speakers).

Week after week new clients continually feed back to us how amazing the full spectrum sauna is, never having had such a complete sauna experience before. Introducing this equipment with so many frequency healing modalities to our wellness centre was one of the best decisions we have made.

Above are the six most popular preset programs we run that range between 30-45 minutes. Often our clients will run two consecutive programs because they are so relaxed they don't want to leave.

We are definitely blessed personally because we finish every day with a sauna before bed.
